Hebrews Chapter 12 Verse 09

Hebrews 12:9 Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of our spirits and live! [NIV]

Hebrews 12:9 Then, indeed, fathers of our flesh we have had, chastising {us}, and we were reverencing {them}; shall we not much rather be subject to the Father of the spirits, and live? [YLT]
