About the Haileybury Branch The Haileybury Public Library was incorporated by the Town of Haileybury in 1937. Membership is approximately 4,500 The number of books and periodicals are approximately 40,000 books. We also provide talking books and videos in French and English and a special collection of "Self-Help" materials. Special Programs: Story hour for tots - Friday 10:30 - 11:30 am. School classes are invited to make regular visits.
