Michael Ignatieff was parachuted in to become interim Liberal leader who wasn't rightfully elected by Canadians or by Liberal party members. What do that say about flaunting the democratic process? Ignatieff said he is determined to get Prime Minister Stephen Harper off the hill during his speech to the news media. He is prepared to vote out the Conservatives and enter into a governing coalition with the NDP and that separatist party, the Bloc Québécois, if Stephen Harpers budget isn't in the country's best interest. Michael Ignatieff blames the Harper Government for causing a division in Canada. I recall that what had caused a division among Canadians, was the Liberals and NDP who formed an ill-conceived coalition with a separatist party, the Bloc Québécois. He said that the coalition members did not like Stephen Harper. So who gives a damn if the coalition members do not like Stephen Harper? The people had voted in Stephen Harper to be the Government of Canada a second time around, not the coalition members! They seem to forget that point. While we are waiting for Prime Minister Stephen Harpers budget, how about letting us Canadians know what the Liberals propose for a budget and what it would cost the taxpayers of Canada. If they propose to bring forward "Stéphane Dion's budget, Canadians had already rejected that budget when they had voted for Stephen Harper and the Conservative party a second time around to be the Government and Prime Minister of Canada. I had spoken to various people about the Liberal and NDP forming a coalition with a separatist party, they all felt that the Liberals an NDP had lost a lot of credibility in their sight, with that ill-conceived coalition plan they had cooked-up. That the the Liberals and NDP had better get their act together if they want to remain viable. I an not a Conservative, nor do I belong to any political party, but I do vote, and I fully concur with their assessment.

Senate reform at last? Maybe. Prime Minister Stephen Harper plans to fill all 18 vacancies in the Liberal-dominated Senate before Christmas, a spokesman for his office told CBC News. Prime Minister Stephen Harper plans to fill all 18 Senate vacancies out of the 105 Senate seats before Christmas. The move came under quick attack from the opposition parties. The opposition parties are claiming that Harper had suspended Parliament until Jan. 26th, 2009 and that he has not the right to do anything. The claim made by the opposition parties is not true. Gov. Gen. Michaelle Jean had placed no restrictions on Harper's ability to govern while the House of Commons is suspended, according to the CBC News report. According to Prime Minister Stephen Harper, he feels it is high time that senators should be elected, rather than appointed by the Prime Minister, as it is the current practice. Harper is adding 18 Senate seats with Conservatives because he was not able to pass legislation to change the present policy. I fully agree that senators should be elected by people who have no affiliation with any political parties, in order to prevent a bias towards any one political party. These Senators should only have the interest of what is good for Canada, than what is good for any political parties. Once Prime Minister Stephen Harper fills the 18 vacant Senate seats, he can then proceed to reform the Senate. That would mean that elected Senators would replace the body of Senators who currently hold those patronage appointments. I am not the least surprised that the Liberals, in particular are upset by Stephen Harper's move because there are at present, 58 Senate seats are Liberals, 20 are Conservatives and the other 9 Senate seats are held by Independents and senators of other party affiliations. I have a hunch that the vast majority of Canadians prefer to have elected Senators who are not affiliated with any political party.

The Ministry of the Attorney General in British Columbia has scheduled a news conference for Friday morning to announce whether charges will be laid against any of the RCMP officers involved in Polish immigrant Robert Dziekanski's Taser-related death at the Vancouver airport last year. Dziekanski, 41, had died in the airport's secure area shortly after he was stunned with RCMP Tasers. Dziekanski was from Poland, and had arrived by plane at the Vancouver Airport by mid-afternoon on Oct. 14th, 2007. After waiting 10 hours to meet his mother at the airport, and unable to speak English, Mr. Dziekanski became distressed and began shouting in Polish for someone to help him, but nobody understood what he was saying. At one point in time, he used a chair to prop open the one-way doors between the customs clearing area and the public lounge area. He became so distressed that he threw a computer and a small table to the floor which attracted the attention of security officials. They called in the RCMP. Four RCMP officers arrived and tried to calm down Dziekanski as he walked away. An officer pulled his Taser from his holster and deployed it. The man was struck by the weapon's two probes and fell to the ground, but was still combative. Three officers then attempted to restrain the man, who continued fighting with police, even after a fourth officer managed to handcuff him. He then slipped into unconsciousness. When the emergency medical services had arrived at the scene, Dziekanski was found to be dead. Police officers at that time did not believe the Taser was responsible for his death. While all this was going on, Mr. Dziekanski's mother, Mrs. Cisowski had been at the main terminal since mid-afternoon, waiting to meet her som. Mrs. Cisowski had been making enquiries to airport staff since the early afternoon, but could not provide information about the airline, flight number or scheduled arrival time. Airport staff told her Dziekanski was not at the airport and she had left to return home to Kamloops at about 10 p.m., believing Dziekanski had missed his flight. One can only blame the Vancouver International Airport for the situation which led to the death of Mr. Dziekanski. Looking at the timeline in this incident, it is plain that the operation of the airport was much to blame for Mr. Dziekanski being stranded for 7-9 hours. The Vancouver airport was International, not a local one. The airport clearly lacked provision to service its International customers. A recent CBC/Radio-Canada investigation was conducted by the U.S. National Technical Systems, into the devices. Tests found about 10 per cent produced more electrical current than the weapon's specifications, which is 50,000 volts of electricity. In some cases, the current was up to 50 per cent stronger than specified on the devices. This week, municipal police forces in B.C. joined the RCMP in suspending the use of all Tasers bought before Jan. 1, 2006, to conduct tests on them. Police forces in Ottawa and Winnipeg, and the Quebec and Nova Scotia governments have also removed older Tasers from service as a result of the CBC story. The malfunctioning Tasers were manufactured before 2005. Given what we know now, it is possible that one or more Taser stun guns might have been defective which could have caused the death of Mr. Dziekanski. The RCMP police officers can not be held accountable for the death of Mr. Dziekanski. The officers at that time had no way of knowing that those Taser stun guns could produce 50 per cent stronger volts of electricity than specified by the Taser company. Of the 16 stun gun related deaths in Canada in the past four years, six have occurred in British Columbia.

Not long ago, I had received information from someone I do not know who have informed me that R.G.Stair, who is a protestant preacher located in South Carolina, U.S.A. has been making a lot of bold statements lately about people who do not agree with his preaching. Stair claims that those people do not know GOD, and are liars who are leading the people of GOD astray. That he challenge anyone who disagree that he is the last day prophet of GOD. I am quite familiar with that loudmouth R.G.Stair, who runs a Christian cult under the name of Faith Cathedral Fellowship, Inc., better known as Overcomer Ministry. Normally, I would just disregard that kind of information coming from people I do not know. But I was intrigued by the prospect that R.G.Stair might be that stupid, or had become so bold to take on a dissenter like me, or he is just shooting off his big mouth as usual. The only way to really find out, was to get it straight from the ass's mouth. So I decided to send an e-mail to R.G.Stair to let him know that I would accept the challenge he had allegedly made. It is quite apparent that R.G.Stair is not going to answer my e-mail. Stair speaks boldly on his radio broadcast, but is too much of a yellow-bellied coward to defend his claim of being a prophet, or his Christian bible or his Christian religion. No doubt he will make all kinds of excuses why he had not taken up the challenge. One would think that Stair would have gladly taken up the Armor of his God to proove himself. But what do he do? He hightails it and runs to hide behind his pulpit. Look who is the smart ass now! Some prophet and religious leader he turned out to be. What a coward! Well, never mind. His people will eventually find out, as others will, that Stair is a fraud. Especially when the time of trouble descends upon them. They will find out soon enough that their prayers to their imaginary pagan, man-made God, will not be heard or answered. Their make-believe God will not be able to help them in their time of distress. Stair made the claim after I had revealed his cowardice, that he would shut me up and bring my website down. His intimidation is as empty as his claim of being a prophet of GOD. I can install any of my websites anywhere on the Internet I choose with little effort, because I am the webmaster of our web site. Stair is nothing more than a prophet of perversion. A phoney prophet, representing a phoney Christian God. Stair, like many of his fellow Christian preachers, are all like, they are a bunch of phoneys, as well as cowards! What Christian defenders of their bible they all turned out to be. All had failed to take up the challenge to defend their Christian theology, their Christian bible and religion. I recall that even those religious leaders that are within my area in Ontario, from the various Christian denominations like; It is Written in Oshawa, Focus on the Bible Ministry in Sudbury, Life Lessons Canada Ministries in Orangeville, Crossroads International Ministries in Burlington, The People's Church in Toronto, who claim they have the living truth, had not the courage to accept my challenge. Then you have those loud mouth, detestable American ministries like the Overcomer Ministries in Walterboro South Carolina, Shepherd's Chapel in Gravette Arkansas, Family Radio (Family Stations, Inc.) in Oakland Calif., End Time Ministries in Houston Texas, Scriptures for America / LaPorte Church of Christ ministry in Laporte Colorado, and World Harvest Radio / LaSee Broadcasting Corp., in South Bend Indiana, had not the courage to accept my challenge.That may well be because they know full well they are unable to back-up many of their claims. What do that tell me? That tells me that most of these Christian priests and preachers are fully aware that they are lying to the people they preach to. Yet they continue to perpetuate that Christian lie. After having made a careful study of Christianity, there is no doubt at all that Christians have a phoney God, a phoney theology, and a phoney religion.

I read in the News that no charges were laid against the four RCMP officers who were involved in the death of Robert Dziekanski, who was stunned by Tasers at the Vancouver International airport last fall. That was a good call. But I do have a problem with the Crown Prosecutors who claim that Dziekanski death was not directly caused by the Tasers. Though he admitted that the stun gun used on Dziekanski initially malfunctioned. Dziekanski was hit twice by the Taser while he lay on the ground, still struggling with officers. So he was hit two more times by the Taser. An autopsy had showed no drugs or alcohol in Dziekanski's system, but did show signs of chronic alcoholism. Prosecutors seculate he may have been in the grips of alcohol withdrawal, dehydrated and hysterical. Aside from chronic alcoholism, who in the world would not be hysterical after being jolted four times with those stun guns? It is interesting how the Crown Prosecutors are trying to put the blame on alcoholism, when Dziekanski showed no drugs or alcohol in his system, rather than put the blame squarly where it belongs, on malfunctioning stun guns. Like I said, you can't blame the police officers, because they were unaware at the time that their stun guns may diliver a leathel dose of eletriciry and kill a person with it. I would have thought that after the third or fourth death that was related to the use of these stun guns, the police establishment would have taken upon themselves to have those stun guns tested. Rather than wait for someone else, like CBC/Radio-Canada, who ended up doing an investigation of them after there had been 16 stun gun related deaths. In all that time, did it not occure to them that something might be wrong with their stun guns? That's a passing thought that nags me.

According to the Sudbury star, an elderly smoker dies while having a cigarette in freezing tempatures. An OPP probes a nursing home resident death. The elderly man was left outside the Gore Bay long-term care facility while he went outside the facility for a smoke. Apparently the man was unable to get back inside the facility because the doors lock themselve when the doors close. There were no doorbell outside the facility and the man died of exposure and hypothermia. Patients as well as staff are required by the "smoking ban" imposed by our Federal, Provincial and Municipal Governments, to take their smoking outside, despite the freezing weather. None of the long-term care facility patients or staff have a warm place for those who smoke. Some long-term care facility force their patients to quit smoking by denying them to go outside when the weather turns cold. Patients who smoke are deprived of their free choice to smoke and are treated like third-class citizens. Some erderly patients are on their last leg in life, who have a few years left to enjoy what little time they have left and complain about this injustice, but goes onto deaf ears. Erderly patients who smoke can thank those Anti-Smoking groups, those insensitive, cold hearted barbarians, for the implementation of all those restrictions and smoking bans.

The federal and Ontario governments have reached a deal to offer proportional funds to Canada's American auto industry to the tune of $3.3 billion Cdn. if a proposed $14-billion US aid package is approved in Washington, Industry Minister Tony Clement said Friday. But the U.S. bailout appeared to have died after hours of heated negotiations between lawmakers, representatives from automakers and unions. The Canadian subsidiaries of the Detroit Big Three automakers had asked Ottawa and Ontario for financial aid that could total as much as $6 billion. That would only be a starter. Are the Detroit Big Three automakers going to build more cars while they still have thousands of new cars they already had made that are being stowed on acares of parking lots, in the U.S.A and in Canada, and are not being sold? According to news reports, most auto dealerships here in Canada are not selling many cars these days. Making more cars when you can not even sell the ones they already have, do not make much sense to me. But then again, most things seem to get done through a lot of non-sense. Meanwhile, the Canadian government acknowledged that providing more stimulus packages to kickstart the moribund economy would "likely" make it run a deficit. The question is, how much of a deficit can the Canadian taxpayers afford, when most people are just getting by with what they already have.

The federal cabinet will be asked early in the new year to give its blessing to spend $3 billion to replace Canada's geriatric fleet of search-and-rescue planes, the Canadian Press has learned. Defence Minister Peter MacKay said a proposal to replace the 40-year-old CC-115 Buffalos is on his desk and ready to be presented. "I hope to move very early in the new year toward procurement". Now MacKay wants to do this, at a time when we are in an economic crisis, with a collapsing American auto sector, a recession and a looming federal deficit. Mabe if we pull out say, $3 or 4 billion from what is going into Afgahastan as aid, we can use it to replace Canada's geriatric fleet of search-and-rescue planes, so that those who work in them, will be and feel safer doing their job. At least with our search-and-rescue, we are getting something of value, rather than getting bullets, hachets and bombs thrown at us. Afgahastan is totally Islamic, which its people are determind to maintain. Islam is another one of those pagan religions which is determind to spread throughout the world and impose its religion upon everyone, by force if need be. One can say we are helping them in their global expansion at the expense of our fallen soldiers.

Three more Canadian soldiers were killed and another was wounded on Saturday when their armoured vehicle was hit by an improvised explosive device in southern Afghanistan. We can thank many of our Canadian polititians for having extended that perpetual lost cause mission in Afghanistan where our people are dying in vain! How many more Canadians must die before we pull out our troops? I ask again.

According to Environment Canada's weather warning, a deep freeze is set to spread all across Western Canada from British Columbia to Manitoba this weekend, as wind chill warnings continue to drop. A high pressure ridge system is carrying bitterly cold Arctic air which will drop temperature to -33°C, well below the freezing point. So much for all that talk of a rapid global warming scenario that many of these global warning hacks are clamouring about all over the world. I can well imaging what those people who are in the deep freeze area will be thinking with their choice words to those global warning alarmist!
