Also on the Internet News there is an artical that many Guantanamo Bay detainees who are being inverstagated on terrorist charges, are slated to be released. Most of these people have expressed a desire to live in Canada. The Canadian Council for Refugees (CCR), a non-profit umbrella group representing several non-governmental organizations and churches, is leading the plea, which goes out to groups and private individuals alike. That's all we need right now, is to have more of these questionable Muslim people in our own country. This situation came about when U.S. President Barack Obama signed an executive order on Jan. 22 to close the prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, within a year. Now there seem to be an urgency to find homes for the 55-60 international detainees who want to live in Canada and promote their diabolical jihad Islamic religion among Canadians.
I am not surprised that ex-Nazi Pope Benedict XVI, has revoked the excommunication order of a British-born priest, Richard Williamson, who is actually a "Bishop", who has always claimed that the exterminition of the Jewish people during the Nazi regime had never existed. That's not surprising given that the Roman Catholic Church itself had denied any involvement which led to the Nazi Holocaust. Roman Catholics and Protestants are well known to have denied, downplayed, or made excuses in their defense for their involvement during the entire Nazi era. In the same manner they try to shrug-off responsibility in the persecution of people during Christianity's long, informas brutal history by the Catholic and Protestant inquisition period that had caused great hardship and deaths to people in the old and new world, (Europe and in North and South America). Catholic and Protestant church's have tried to deny, or at least attempted to downplay those years of atrocities. I am aware of the many excuses they give in their attemps to defend their actions, which is pretty flimsy. It is not surprising that people who know the truth are outraged by Pope Benedict XVI latest move. No wonder Christianity has been grappling with its diminished status, and the world is fast becoming ever more secular, because of what Christians have done, in the name of their phony God, Je-Zeus Christ.
I see that it did not take long for U.S. President Barack Obama to scale back his protectionist plans. I am not the least surprised that his Globalization Masters had seen to that. Now he is saying that the U.S. can't send a protectionist message, when putting together its stimulus package. Is the U.S. President going to be known as "flip-flop Obama" during his term in office? Obama has really caused an uproar during his first week in office. Is this a sign of the times?

today with tempatures around the -28°C mark. I have no doubt that about now,
there are many Canadians who are contemplating on heading to warmer climes.
Those people who will be going South for their winter vacation should be aware
that Malaria is a vector-borne infectious disease caused by protozoan parasites (Blood suckers) that are found throughout the Caribbean Islands. Malaria is reported to be particularly bad in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. It is reported that there is a risk of acquiring the potentially fatal illness in resort areas within the province of La Altagracia, where the popular destinations of Punta Cana and Bavaro are located. As well, the risk is higher in all rural areas of the Dominican Republic especially in areas bordering on Haiti, where malaria is endemic (meaning it occurs regularly there). PHAC recommends that travelers use "protective measures" against mosquito bites and use appropriate anti-malarial medication, such as chloroquine, mefloquine or doxycycline. They also recommend sleeping under a mosquito net and staying within completely enclosed, air-conditioned areas in the evenings. Malaria is common in Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Martinique, the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Montserrat, Netherlands Antilles, St. Barts, St. Kitts, Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Malaria is also found throught Central and South America. Public health authorities are once again reminding Canadian travelers thinking of a tropical getaway, before heading to one of those places, make sure you have anti-malarial medication on hand. Canada has pledged $3 million in humanitarian aid for civilians affected by
the escalated Sri Lankan conflict and called for an immediate ceasefire. In a
Wednesday statement, International Co-operation Minister Bev Oda announced the
funding. It was not that long ago that the Harper government had given $3
million to the Arab (Palestinian) terrorist group and its supporters. What the
heck is the Harper government doing dishing out $6 million to terrorists groups with Canadian taxpayers money at a time when Canada is trying to recoup from a massive recession that has hit our country. We are already in a $1.1-billion deficit and heading for a deficit of around 83.8 billion, and that is without the $583 billion, that Canada is already in the red. The fighting that is going on in Sri Lanka is a Civil War that has been going on for 25 years. What business is it to Canada to be involved in other people's war? The Tamil Tigers have the distinction of using suicide bombings as a tactic, and have carried out more suicide bombings than Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and Al-Qaeda combined. The Tamil Tigers (LTTE) is responsible for conducting suicide attacks against political, economic and military targets, and had launched its first suicide attack against a Sri Lanka Army camp, killing 40 soldiers. Shortly afterwards, Hamas drew inspiration from the Tamil Tigers attack and carried out its own suicide bombing against Israeli civilians in Israel. Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wickremanayake stated that the government had no intention of stopping its offensive against the rebels and rid the nation of terrorism. The government has repeatedly rejected calls for any ceasefire, saying it was a ploy by the rebels to buy time to regroup. I am not surprised that NDP Leader Jack Layton attended the Tamil rally in Ottawa in support of their cause. Speaking at an emergency meeting of MPs in Parliament Wednesday night, Layton said Canada must take a leading role in stopping the fighting. Maybe Jack Layton wants Canada to send its troops to Sri Lanka now? I can not help wonder if the Harper Government would be so eager to dish out $3 million in humanitarian aid to Quebecois, if Quebec started a Civil War against Canada for its "Independence"?
On the lighter side from our troubling world news, scientists have discovered the skeletal remains of several primordial crocodile-eating snakes. They were so big that they measure longer than a city bus. The remains of the world's biggest snakes were discovered near the equator. In total, 28 individual snakes were found in northeastern Colombia's Cerrejon region, in an open-pit mine. The largest of the 28 focalized skeleton remains of these snakes would have weighed about 2,500 pounds and were between 12 to 15 metres in length. In comparison, the largest snakes alive today are the green anacondas, which measure around 7.5 metres long and the reticulated pythons, which measure about nine metres long. Paleontologists have named the snake Titanoboa cerrejonensis, which means titanic boa from Cerrejon. A University of Toronto Mississauga paleontologist, Jason Head, who was part of the international team that analyzed the remains, described the creatures as large, aquatic boid snakes which lived most of its life in the water and probably fed primarily on crocodiles. He said the snakes are estimated to have lived 58 to 60 million years ago.

Frankly, I find it extreemly hard to believe that Pope Benedict XVI didn't know about Bishop Richard Williamson's views when he agreed to lift his excommunication last week. Pope Benedict was certainly aware of Bishop Richard Williamson anti-Semitic views, given the centuries-long history of anti-Semitism within the church. I recall that Bishop Richard Williamson had been warned on many occations by the Vatican about his anti-Semitic views. It is not like Bishop Richard Williamson only made a one-time off-the-cuff remark about his denial on the extensive extermination of the Jewish people during the Nazi regime. He made a career out of it. His anti-Semitic comments were well known in Germany through his British radio broadcasts, newsprint and articles he had written. Are we to believe that Pope Benedict XVI didn't know about Bishop Richard Williamson's anti-Semitic views, during all the time he was then Cardenal J. Ratzinger who is also from Germany, did not know Bishop Richard Williamson, or at least heard about him? Was Pope Benedict, then Cardenal J. Ratzinger, the man who headed the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, formerly known as the historical "Inquisition" during his tenure with John Paul II, was totaly unaware of Bishop Richard Williamson's anti-Semitic views, while he held that prestigious office and had the "power" to issues condemnations or revocations of rights to teach within the Catholic church? Am I to believe that Pope Benedict XVI, (Cardenal J. Ratzinger) who was appointed Archbishop of the
Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Munich and Freising, Germany from March 24th, 1977 to 15 February 1982, and had no knowlage of Bishop Richard Williamson or of his anti-Semitic views during all those years? Yeah Right! Tell me another lie. The next thing the Vatican will be telling people, that Cardenal J. Ratzinger lived in a cave high in the Andies, before he became the Pope of Rome.

Columbia for damages resulting from the search of the farm where RCMP found the remains of six murdered women. Had the RCMP not found any remains, bodies, I could then understand laying a charge for excessive damages resulting from the search of the farm. But because there were bodies found on the farm, the RCMP had every right to tear the farm apart in their continued search for more bodies that their brother, Robert Pickton had butchered.
The issue of sexual abuse of children by paedophiles has been going on for
centuries, but was never spoken about in the open. It is sickening to find out
just how prevalent child pornography and sexual abuse of children is in Ontario and across Canada. Especially when these abuses are being committed by people within the family or somebody who has control over the children in some
capacity, rather than with total strangers. It is comforting to know that the
Ontario police, along with the Provincial Strategy will stop at nothing to hunt down child predators and eliminate the threat they pose to children. Paul
Gillespie, a former Toronto police detective who now runs the Kids Internet
Safety Alliance, said that Canada has unfortunately become an center for the
production and distribution of child pornography. According to police estimates, about 65,000 computers in Canada are actively involved in distributing child pornography. What do that say about our society?
Feb. 9th, 2009. During the weekend, the weather got considerably warmer with temperature around the -6°C mark, though it felt more like -12°C with winds blowing from the south at 15km/h. Yesterday morning, it was a balmy -2°C with some freezing rain which made it quite tricky to walk on the glare ice, unless one had good threads on the sole of their winter boots. This morning it is -19°C with cloudy skies with no wind. Because of the rain and freezing rain during the weekend, I stayed indoors and hankered down with my favorite pastime, that of getting acquainted with Humanities historical past. I obtained this material from our local Public Library. One historical event I became acquainted with, was the establishment of the first police force within the city of London, England, and its sordid history within the Protestant Christian society, called "City of Vice". It was quite an eye opener which added to my knowledge of London's sordid past, during the eighteenth century era. It depicted the extant of London's world of vice, with its rampant poverty, prostitutes, pimps, gamblers and villains which was so pervasive within that Protestant Christian society that it necessitated the establishment of a police force to bring law and order within this lawless, crime ridden city. City of Vice, revealed how ordinary people lived within the wealth of the aristocracy and showed just how hazardous life actually was in eighteenth century London, with all its grimy, sleazy and perilous glory. I also read the story of "The Mad Trapper of Rat River" located in the Yukon Territory during the 1930's. It is a true story of one of the most incredible feats of endurance and fortitude within the history of the R.C.M.P. who had chased a wanted fugitive for forty-eight days, which ranged over 150 miles, in temperatures of well below -40 zero weather in our Canadian North. In this story, I was also amazed at the incredible feats of endurance of Albert Johnson, alias Arthur Nelson, who had shot at an R.C.M.P. Constable for no apparent reason. The story begins with a R.C.M.P. Constable making inquiries as to why Albert Johnson, alias Arthur Nelson was tripping another trapper's traps in the vicinity of Rat River, in the Yukon Territory, Canada. Springing traps and hanging them on a bush was the accepted practice on a trap line under dispute during the days before registering trap lines came into effect. Instead of speaking to the R.C.M.P. Constable, which would have settled the matter quickly, Albert Johnson/Arthur Nelson choose to shoot it out, seriously wounding an R.C.M.P. officer who was shot through the chest. This is truly a saga which re-enforce the age old R.C.M.P. standing motto, "The R.C.M.P. always gets their man".
I happened to be watching CTV's W-5 program, Alberta Gas: The ongoing battle over the huge number of oil and gas wells being drilled in the province of Alberta. It is a battle over the relationship between people and the oil and gas industry. This ongoing battle over the oil and gas industry is starting to wear thin because of the Governments inaction through the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) who are in charge of regulating and approving new oil and gas projects, have consistently failed to protect Canadian citizens from the toxic H2S (hydrogen sulfide gas) sour gas which is being released into the Canadian atmosphere, which can be fatal to people in high concentrations. According to the W5 report, for the past five years alone, Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) has approved 90,000 new wells and many people in Alberta think that industry is starting to encroach on their lives. They worry about the environmental cost and the health consequences of living so close to oil and gas wells. Oil and gas giant Petro Canada wants to tap into underground gas reserves in the Pekisko Valley, around the Alberta eastern slopes of the Rockies, which is home to many ranchers and native species like elk, grizzly and moose. Sour gas flares have been associated with still births to people and cattle who live down wind from the sour gas flares. People and cattle exposed to sulfur dioxide, a byproduct of flared H2S, have developed respiratory problems, tissue inflammation and immune problems. The region is also an important water source for much of southern Alberta in which people are concerned of its water becoming contaminated. These new 11 gas wells would mean building 51 kilometers
of pipeline with all the accompanying roads and infrastructure. Petro Canada
plans to drill sour gas wells that will deliver the for its withdrawal to
pre-1967 borders,gas through the new pipelines to an existing processing sour
gas plant. The gas is called "sour" because it contains hydrogen sulfide or H2S, which is deadly if inhaled, and has already caused many health problems to those people who live near these sour gas wells which has the distinct order of smelling like rotten eggs. People who are effected by sour gas burn-off have launched a series of civil and legal complaints. These have met with a solid wall of resistance by industry and government indifference. Because Governments failed to address the concerns of people who are effected by the sour gas which leach out from the gas burn-off at well sites, is it any wonder that people are taking the matter into their own hands, as what is happening to gas pipelines near the town of Dawson Creek in B.C. which are being detonated with explosions as a warning to the oil/gas industry and government? When will Governments learn from history, that when Governments ignores and fails to address the concerns of people over the wants of industry, rightly or wrongly, people will take matters into their own hands to protect their lives and livelihood, and law and order eventually breaks down within its society.
I see in the news that Palestinians (Arab terrorists) have pushed the Israeli people so far that most people will likely vote for the "right" this time around, headed by Biyamin Netanyahu and other factions who want to reclaim all of the land from Arab "Palestinians" holdings, on Tuesday's 2009 Israeli elections. According to the latest poll, the right may well form the next Government. That is if they can stick together as one strong united voice and are determind to put the interest of Israel and the Jewish people ahead of their own individual political interest. I would think that most Israeli are fed-up with the rhetoric of Olmert and Tzipi Livni and the Kadima party who are stupid enough to think they can still make peace with the "Palestinians"(Arab terrorists) who want to see all Jews dead. I would find it totally ludicrous if the vast majority of the Israeli people end up being so stupid as to have voted for Tzipi Livni and the Kadima party and continue in that irrational "peace plan". Like caving in to the demands of terrorists. Dividing Israel's Capital, Jerusalem. More rocket and suicide attacks upon Israeli people. Giving up more land that rightfully belongs to the Jewish people. If the "Right" forms the next Israeli Government, it will be taking back control from an insane situation. What will Barack Obama do then? We know what Barack Obama thinks about that Israel- peace plan. He wants to see Israel withdraw to pre-1967 borders. Without Olmert or Tzipi Livni, Barack Obama will end up being like a fish without water, high and dry. It will be interesting to see what the actual vote will turn out to be. This election may well determine the kind of "CHANGE" that the Israeli people have longed for. As for those Islamic Arabs and their so-called "Palestinians" (Arab terrorists), they will get what they rightfully deserve for all the devastation and suffering they had brought upon the Israeli people during their many years of terror.

By afternoon we can expect the temperature to rise to a balmy plus 5°C with scattered showers throughout the rest of the day. We can expect this mild weather for the next few days before it begins to drop again. I can handel that. I see in the news that a newly constructed, 44 story unoccupied luxury hotel, the Mandarin Oriental hotel in central Beijing was consumed by fire from some stray fireworks which were being set off across Beijing during the final night of celebration for the 2009 Chinese New Year. 2009 is the year of the Brown Cow, or Brown Ox, or Brown Bull. It is a two-week-long Chinese holiday to ring in the New Year. Is that an ominous omen of what China can expect for the coming New Year, a year of a fire breathing Cow, Ox or Bull?
Speaking about fire breathing Bull, the devastating wildfires in Australia
continues to rage on, killing another 50 people which have been added to the
official fire death toll. The Australian death toll has exceeded 200 people who have been found in the worst wildfires in Australia's history. Teams searched towns which had been burned out by the inferno, and found charred bodies on roadsides and in crashed cars, a grim sign of people's futile attempts to flee the raging wildfires fed by 100 km/h winds, record heat and drought Australians have been facing.
Ontario could be coal-free by 2010 with some aggressive conservation,
especially if the government boosted conservation by acting boldly with its
upcoming green energy act, suggests a new report. As of December, Ontario had a maximum energy capacity of 33,045 megawatts, or 26,611 megawatts after
subtracting the power generated from its coal burning hydro plants. By June
2010, the government hopes to have an additional 3,913 megawatts of coal-free
power available for consumption. That would push its total capacity well beyond the record-high electricity demand of 27,005 megawatts set on Aug. 1, 2006. The numbers suggest Ontario can phase out its use of coal-fired hydro plants well before its self-imposed deadline of Dec. 31, 2014, and the province should commit to using those coal-fired plants only in emergency situations, said Jack Gibbons, chairman of the Ontario Clean Air Alliance, which released the report. Ending the use of coal to generate electricity, five years ahead of the government's official deadline would be the equivalent of taking an extra 2.3 million cars off the road each year between 2010 and 2014. Speaking about cars, I have yet to see any "aggressive" movement on allowing low-speed electric vehicles on our Ontario roads. I suppose the Ontario Government is still busy "studying" this matter before it intends to act upon it. So far, low-speed electric cars are coming on some Quebec roads at a trickle, not as a flood, due to the uncertainty that low-speed electric cars will still be allowed on public roads after the pilot project runs out. How is that going to encourage people to buy these silent, fuel-efficient, low-speed electric vehicles? What is the point for people to buy these cars when they could still be outlawed on public roads in the near future? While the provinces decide what vehicles will be used on our roads, which taxpayers had paid for, Transport Canada maintains that low-speed vehicle must meet the very same strict standards as high speed vehicles which exceeds speeds of 100 km/h. Yeah, Right! Given that our Governments are so infatuated in putting bans on people, maybe if they outlawed vehicles that go beyond 40 km/h, there would be fewer accidents and deaths on our public roads and highways. Ever think about that? The province should also support home-grown low-speed electric vehicles and battery technology development, which we are presently losing value and jobs for Canada because our Governments can't seem to make up its mind and act upon it! Given that we mine most of the nickel that is
being used in hybrid batteries here in Ontario, then our nickel leaves Canada
for processing, then it is imported back into Canada as finished goods, instead of being processed right here in Canada, creating more jobs for Canadians. Jobs that are greatly needed now in this economic downturn we are presently facing.
It is quite apparent now that a substantial portion of the Jewish people in
Israel were stupid enough to have voted for Tzipi Livni and the Kadima party.
When the election results are finalized, it will still be up to President Shimon Peres to pick the leader he thinks can best form a coalition government. Anyone who is aware of Israel’s political history, knows whom President Shimon Peres favors. Shimon Peres is in favor of the Kadima party and its irrational "peace plan" with the Arab (Palestinian) terrorists. Given the situation, Tzipi Livni and the Kadima party will more likely become the next Government which will continue to pursue that irrational "peace plan" that Israel has been forging since the 1970s. They will once again cave in to the demands of terrorists. They are quite willing to divide Jerusalem and give up more Israeli land to the Arab (Palestinian) terrorists. They can also expect more rocket and suicide attacks. Even if Biyamin Netanyahu do become the Government of Israel, their chances to survive will not last that long, and the fulfillment of their high expectations, will fall flat. After this election, what ever happens now, they can only blame themselves for their own stupidity for looking towards Babylon for their hope! Frankly, I am not surprised at this development, given that I had long ago stated that the Jewish people and the nation of Israel will not see its redemption. This event has validated the oracle I had proclaimed. Therefore, let the Canaanite Baal God YHVH, that the Jewish people worship and refer to as Hashem, look after them and their security. Let the Orthodox Jews proclaim their Canaanite Baal God to the entire world. Let Christians proclaim their phony Baal God to the entire world, for when everything is said and done, neither one shall
see any kind of redemption. For both have played the harlot and have been
abandoned by GOD, and therefore will be relegated to be enslaved into the New
World Order. Oh how history tends to repeats itself.
Feb. 11th, 2009. This morning is a nice sunny
day with temperature at the 4°C mark with light winds from the west. It is such a nice day that I will take Buddy out on the lake for a run with the dogsled. He can use the exercise and it will do him a lot of good. After last night during the Israeli election, I am not surprised at the great amount of confusion people had in choosing who they would vote for. That was reflected during the outcome of the election. Both Tzipi Livni and Netanyahu claimed to have the victory in this election. I am sure that people outside of Iarael are anxious to see what will happen now, and find out who and what the new Israeli Government will look like, and how it will function in the next few months.
I see that world stock markets dropped today, following a steep sell-off on
Wall Street, as investors reacted with skepticism to Barack Obama's latest plan to rescue the ailing financial industry. The recession and massive costs for the financial bailout have pushed the U.S. federal deficit to an all-time high during the first four months of the budget year. The Treasury Department says the deficit totaled more than six times larger than the imbalance during a year ago for the same period. The deficit is in worse shape than economists had expected.
According to an Associated Press reporter on the scene in Kabul, Afghanistan, Taliban fighters made a daring move today. Taliban fighters had on detonating suicide vests and had attacked three government buildings killing at least 20 people and wounding 57 others. It is reported that five gunmen had stormed the Justice Ministry building in the central part of the capital of Afghanistan. The men appeared to have had control the building for a short period of time. Afghan security forces managed to kill the five insurgents, two hours after the gunmen stormed the building. Afghan security forces waved from a window in an apparent all-clear sign.
This afternoon Baddy and I went out on the lake, but found it pretty slushy
with all the rain and thaw we had since yesterday. But it sure is nice to be
able to walk around without having to bundle up like a cocoon for a change. I
think we had best go out on the lake tomorrow, when the temperature drops down
to the -4°C mark which will stiffen up the snow. It will make it much easier for Buddy to pull the sled then. In the meantime, a nice long walk will suffice for now.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is warning the public not to eat the
Atkins Advantage Peanut Butter Granola Bar, which is manufactured in Canada. It comes in 48-gram packages and carries best-before dates of June 6, 2009, and July 19, 2009. Canadians were also warned not to consume chocolate-covered
peanuts, including sugar-free ones, sold in unmarked, clear plastic, cone-shaped containers with gold foil tops, by Golden Chocolate in Lakeshore, Ont. The warning also applies to Sunbird Snacks yogurt trail mix, health mix and chocolate peanut butter blast, all manufactured in the U.S. but which may have been available in Canada. The agency said these contain peanut products that have been recalled in the U.S. and Canada by the Peanut Corporation of America as a result of a salmonella outbreak that has made 600 people sick in the U.S. The outbreak may be linked to eight deaths. I would think it is best to stay away from anything that contains peanuts for the time being, as a precaution, that it may be contaminated with salmonella. FBI officials in Atlanta and Virginia said on Monday they had joined the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in a criminal probe of the company in Texas and the peanut company's headquarters in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Today when Buddy and I went on our dogsled run, is was a nice brisk, sunny day with temperature at the -17°C mark with winds from the North/West blowing at 15km/h which felt more like -25°C. We had a great time and Buddy sure enjoyed the run today. He was full of pep and ready to go. While there were many rough spots on the lake, from snowmobile tracks which had frozen over since the thaw, the going was easy. Next time, I will put a 80 lb load on the dogsled to give Buddy a little workout. He can handle that with little difficulty, since he has already done that many times. I had received an e-mail from a person recently, who claimed to have read my web pages and asked me who I believe GOD is, and who do I say Yeshua is. Frankly, I find it hard to believe that anyone who has read my views on GOD, Religion and the Bible, and my views in, My Personal Journal, web pages, with links to the People of the Holy Testament web site, are so stupid that they have no idea of who I believe GOD is, or who I believe Yeshua is. I am fully aware that my grammar is not the best, but is it that bad that people find it that hard to understand what I have written? I had children around the ages of 9 to 14 who had e-mailed me about my wed site, who seem to have no difficulty at all in comprehending what is being said on my wed pages. It makes me wonder what level of comprehension some people have. I am aware that a great many Christians and Jews have difficulty in comprehending simple statements. They manage to twist simple statements way out of proportions. Especially when there are blatant contradictions found in their scriptures. They will readily invent various explanations in order to cover-up those apparent contradictions in order to justify their theology. That has been proven, time after time. That is the reason why there are so many religions, and many various denominations within Christianity and Judaism. Despite that they all claim to be reading from the same Christian Bible and Scriptures, or from the same Babylonian Torah and Scriptures. There is no doubt this is one of the main reasons why there is so much confusion about GOD, and about who was the person called, Yeshua, the Anointed one. Who was Anointed not by man, but was Anointed by GOD.
I read in the news that the head of the RCMP force now recognizes that stun
guns can cause death, especially in "acutely agitated" suspects. They will
restrict the use of stun-gun and use it only when RCMP officers feel the
suspects are a threat to their person. RCMP Commissioner William Elliott
outlined the new policy as he spoke to the House of Commons public safety
committee. Elliott said the Mounties will no longer use the painful stun guns
against suspects who are merely resistant. Stun gun use must be reported with
each firing or threat to fire, and must be justified as a reasonable and
necessary response to a threat to an officer or public safety. Elliott said the contentious weapons do save lives, and officers will now refresh stun gun
training each year instead of every two years. Many police officers areagainst
these restrictions and they say that they will not abide to these new ruling.
Police officers are opposed to the new ruling because they can "take down" a
threatening suspect without worrying that a stray bullet might kill or injure an innocent bystander. Stun guns or Tasers are supposed to allow police officers to subdue a person without killing them. That is my understanding in this matter. But we have been aware of the many deaths that were directly related with the use of Stun guns or Tasers. Being that the Stun guns or Tasers that the police force use, do kill people, maybe the RCMP force should get rid of those x26 Tasers or CED (conductive energy device) which delivers 50,000 volts that are being used today, and replace them with the advanced Taser M26 which is supposed to deliver an average of 1,500 volts. Enough shock value to stun any person to allow police officers to quickly grab and nab the offender. The current would not be enough to kill a person, no matter how aggressive or agitated the person is. After all, RCMP and police officers still have their hand guns to persuade an offender to calm down, or to protect the officers life. I think the head of the RCMP force are correct to question the value of the x26 Tasers that are presently being used.
According to David Duprey of Associated Press, A Dash-8 Q400 turbo-prop had
crashed into a house in Clarence Center, N.Y. One Canadian had died in that
commuter plane crash. Don McDonald was a technical manager for Pharmetics Inc., a pharmaceutical firm based in Fort Erie, Ont., according to a spokesman for the company. He also lived in the community. The 74-seat Continental Airlines plane crashed into a house near in Clarence Center late last night, sending flames shooting into the sky and killing 49 people on board and one person was killed in the house that was hit by the plane. A witness, Jean Van Kuren, who owns a daycare in Clarence Center, said the town's fire station is across the street from the crash site and a truck was on the scene within minutes. She said the wife and daughter of the man who was killed inside the house came running to the scene. It appeared they hadn't been in the house when the plane hit. Kuren stated that they were coming from somebody else's house, and came up towards the burning house and the daughter started to scream and cry that it was her house. The plane that had crashed into the house was heading for Buffalo Niagara International Airport from Newark, N.J. All those on board the plane had died, authorities said. Is that New Year Chinese fire breathing brown Cow, Ox or Bull at it again?
An eight-year-old boy pleaded not guilty, when he had acknowledged in a
videotaped police interview that he shot his father and another man. The boy
told police that he had been spanked five times the night before the shootings
because he didn't bring home some papers from school. While in custody, he
stated that his 1,000th spanking would be his last, according to police reports. We also find out that the boy is charged with killing his father and another man has been offered a plea deal by Arizona prosecutors that would spare him any jail time. Brewer declined to offer any specifics on this "deal", including what plea the boy could enter and whether it would involve the two counts of premeditated murder he faces. The boy was arrested and charged after authorities said he used a .22-calibre rifle on Nov. 5 to kill his father, 29-year-old Vincent Romero, and 39-year-old Timothy Romans, a co-worker of Romero's who lived with the family in St. Johns, Ariz. The boy, eight at the time of the shooting, has been in and out of juvenile custody since his arrest. I recall when I was in orphanages and foster homes back when I was a child around this boys age, I had been beaten by adult "caregivers" with leather belts and the buckle tearing at my skin until I was covered with deep cuts all over me. At other times, I would get punched in the face and all over my body until I was black and blue. I would run away, only to have been brought back to get beaten up again. But when I was thirteen, I managed to run away for good, and had hitched-hiked to B.C. and ended up finding work in a logging camp. I had never thought of taking a gun or knife to kill anyone. Back in the mid-fifties, Canada did not have all those gun laws, regulations and restrictions as they do now. I notice there are more gun crimes today in Toronto and across Canada, with all the gun laws, regulations and restrictions that are in place today, then gun crimes in the late fifties and sixties when access to guns were less restrictive. Back then, one hardly heard about any kind of killings, not like we now hear on a weekly and monthly basis. I can not help wonder if all those violent shoot-em-up TV programs and video games which has inundated our society have anything to do with the action the boy had taken? I can not help think that these type of aggressive, violent TV programs and video games had some influence into the action the boy had taken to solve his problem. I wonder when will TV program and video game CEO's will take some responsibility in what they are producing? Feeding children a steady diet of the kind of violence shown on TV and video games will alter a child’s perspective on life, without a great deal of guidance, don't you think? What is wrong with having TV and video games based upon historical events like Elizabeth, the Golden Age, El Cid, or fiction stories like The Compass, Harry Potter, Lost Kingdom or good drama stories which has meaningful content, in how people overcome their adversities, instead of the kind of senseless wanton killings and destruction that a great many of those TV and video games are pushing on youngsters nowadays. Has our society become so infatuated with blood, violence and gore that we even see it happening during our sports games? We also see a substantial increase incidents of road rage. Is this what our society is fast coming to? A blood lust society like ancient Rome? Speaking of Rome, the Romans's two daughters weep over their father's grave each weekend on the San Carlos Apache reserve, and Romans's wife has anxiety attacks and is often awaken at night in a cold sweat. I can only wonder why?
Feb. 15th, 2009. Today is a nice sunny but cold day with temperature hovering at the -12°C mark with the wind blowing from the NNW at 11km/h which feels more like -18°C. I notice in the news that a Toronto man was arrested for pushing people off a subway platform onto the tracks in front of an oncoming train, has been charged with attempted murder. Adenir DeOliveira, 47, appeared in a Toronto court on Saturday and was ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. He will remain in police custody until his bail hearing. DeOliveira is charged with three counts of attempted murder and two assault charges. Toronto police allege that DeOliveira deliberately tried to push three teenagers onto the tracks in front of an eastbound train at the Dufferin subway station at about 4:50 p.m. on Friday. One of the teenagers who was pushed but did not fall off the platform told CBC News that the incident was "Totally unprovoked. We didn't know the guy. We were pushed by the man but I was able to regain my balance and did not fall off the platform and onto the subway tracks". Two of his friends, however, did tumble into the path of an oncoming train. the teenager stated that the teens didn't have any interaction with the man who pushed them. A court order was issued on Saturday preventing the naming of the victims or their relatives. Frankly I am not surprised to hear that people were pushed off a subway platform. While the subway station platform is fairly wide, I have often noticed many people will stand near the edge of the platform while waiting for the subway trains. How often have I thought that those people can so easily be pushed off the platform when people make a mad dash to the edge of the platform as a subway train approaches the station. I always made it a habit to sit on the benches or stand near the wall while waiting for the train to stop, whenever I was on the subway platform for that very reason.
The G7 (Group of Seven) nations have collectively taken exceptional measures to address trade protectionism. That is not surprising, given that any protectionist measures that are taken now, within a particular country, would no doubt hurt the G7 and New World Order globalization plan, which had contributed to significant job losses in Canada and the USA through outsourcing our manufacturing base to other countries which have extremely lower wages and environmental restrictions.
Now scientists have come up with a new "study" which claims that exposure to second-hand smoke may increase the risk of developing dementia. These
Anti-smoking "scientists" are now attempting to link second-hand smoke to
increased risk for cognitive impairment. According to their latest study in a
British Medical Journal, researchers from the University of Cambridge and
Michigan tested saliva samples for cotinine, a product of nicotine of nearly
5,000 non-smokers over the age of 50. They were assessed for brain function and cognitive impairment. Of course in their so called "tests" they fail to mention people who are 70-80 or 90 years old who smoke, who’s brain function is as sharp as when they were 30. Nor do they mention that there are more non-smokers who suffer from cognitive impairment than people who do smoke. I see this kind of discrepancy in long term nursing homes I have ever visited. According to that study in the British Medical Journal, I and fellow smokers that I know should have a sever case of cognitive impairment, given that I had been a steady smoker of cigarettes, pipes or cigars since I was thirteen. I and fellow smokers who are 65 or older this year, who are well past the 50 year mark, do not feel that we have cognitive impairment. All I got to say to those people, they are so full of crap that one needs to put on some rubber boots and get a shovel to get rid of all that crap these Anti-smoking "scientists", and their Anti-Smoking groups dish out to the public.
I see in the UK News
that a Dutch politician was denied entry into a EU member country, over his
anti-Islam film, Fitna. What was the reason the UK British Home Office had
refused Geert Wilder, a Dutch MP, entery into England? They claim that Geert
Wilder and his film "Fitna", might incite some kind of violence from Moslems,
because it insults their religion, when it fact what the film dares to do, is
expose the true nature of Islam and its diabolical agenda. This refusel to let Geert Wilderis into England is all about the "Hate Crime" laws the UK have adopted. There is nothing in the film Fitna that comes close to what can be considered as having anything to do with "hate" or any crime. What would fall into the hate crime category are passages found in the Babylonian Torah, the Christian Bible and in the Koran (Qur'an) which states that homosexuals are an abomination and that the law of Moses condemns all homosexuals to be stoned to death. "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an "abomination" (Leviticus 18:22). "If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death" (Leviticus 20:13). Israel was not to learn and imitate the abominable, immoral conduct of the surrounding "Canaanite" nations (Deuteronomy 18:9). Among such practices was cultic homosexual prostitutes, who performed homosexual acts as part of their pagan worship (Deuteronomy 23:17; 1 Kings 15:12). In the Old and New Testament it describes homosexuality as one of moral perversions, that "GOD" gave them up to vile passions. For leaving the natural use of the woman, men with men, women with women committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty which is due to them. That they are to be stoned to death. Some Muslim clerics claim that Islamic theology does NOT condemn homosexuality, but it really does. Ask any Muslim what they think about homosexuals and they will tell you that all homosexuals should be stoned to death. This is what is being taught by most of these Baal religions. Given that Geert Wilder was denied entry into England based upon that he might cause Muslims to incite a riot and violence because they are offended by the film "Fitna", then the same criteria must be made for Ultra and Orthodox Rabbis, Christian and Muslim clerics because they might incite some kind of violence from homosexuals who live in the UK. The Holy Testament teaches that GOD do not condemn true homosexuals because they were born that way. But it do teach that GOD condemns the act of sodomy, either between two males or between a male and female. In the Holy Testament, it do not advocate any kind of death penalty to those who commit sodomy, or practice bi-sexuality, or commits other sins, which is an act of choice. People are fully aware of their circumstance in how they live their life while here on Earth. These people will ultimately have to answer to GOD, for their actions when they will be judged upon their earthly death. But regardless of this fact, all homosexuals are considered to be sodomites according to Judaism, Islam and Christianity. The Qur'an also says that no other animals practice homosexuality. That statement is clearly erroneous when one studies nature and its animal kingdom. I even see "Buddy", my dog, trying to hump another male dog. I suppose that GOD gave him up to his vile passions also. Maybe we should shoot all male dogs and animals for doing that kind of thing huh? Getting back to denying Geert Wilder entry into England, what is this bit about depriving people within the EU entry into the UK? That do not say much about the free movement of people within the EU nations, especially when people are suppose to be able to travel freely among EU member nations. I understand that people who belong to EU member states or countries, do not need a passport to travel between EU member countries, is that right? Not according to the UK British Home Office. Something smells very foul within the British Home Office, don't you think?
