Learn these backside because they are easier to do. Ride about 10 inches away from the rail. Make sure the rail is at your back. Ollie up high enough to get the front truck over and land on the rail with the middle of your board. In order to slide you need to go kinda fast, but not too fast. When you hit the rail do not lean back, if you do you will get hurt. Keep your back pretty straight, but don't lean forward.. Slide until you are about 5 or 6 inches from the end of the rail because you will need to come off. Coming off is pretty easy. Just turn your body and legs so that you land back regular. Practice these for about a week and you'll have them down.
