Do all fakie tricks with the tail, not the nose. You need to be able to do fakie ollies and quickies, B/S 180s can help. Get into fakie ollie position. Get ready to do a fakie ollie, but reach your right hand if regular left if goofy across your chest to "wind up". Do the fakie ollie and as soon as you get about an inch off the ground unwind your arms and body to do a B/S 180. When you land you will land regular. Make sure you have spun all the way before you hit the ground. These are super cool looking if you can do them high and off ledges. You should learn this in about a day of good practice. You might think this is called F/S Halfcab, but it isn't, if you do this standing still it's just a B/S 180. Thrasher: Skate and Destroy has it all wrong.
