F/S Flip: it is best to learn the hardflip before doing this trick.

put your front foot about inch behind the front truck bolt,put your back foot over the tail but a little to your toe edge. Just before your about to pop your tail turn your body about 90 degrees just as you pop your board flick your front foot out to the side like a kickflip and the board should flip under you how you should be over the board ready for the catch it is best to land over the bolt as not to snap your tail try not to put to much weight on the front truck as it could stall and you could be eating tar mac.
