This is a fakie F/S 180. Get in fakie position. Reach your left arm across your chest to "wind up", right arm if goofy. Do a fakie ollie and when you start to get off the ground begin the Frontside rotation. Spin an much as you can. If you can't seem to get the full 180 just by spinning your body, use your legs to finish the spin. These require a little more practice then B/S Halfcabs. Just keep practicing.
