B/S Noseslide: 1) Roll towards the object in Ollie position, or you might try moving your front foot up a little bit more than usual for better control. First start rolling slowly for this.

2) Come at a slight angle, almost paralell to it. Ollie and press the nose of board towards the object. When you get this far, you might have trouble keeping weight on the nose while sliding. If your foot never lands on the nose, then try moving it further up while ollie-ing. It's best to learn this moving slowly, instead of standing still...so you get used to it. Once you are on, you might have to push the front foot (on the nose) a little to get the grind going.

3) To get out of the grind, push your front foot hard, forwards, and try to rotate the board with your back foot. This takes practice, but keep at it.
