Here's the order form. Fill it out correctly. You will recieve an e-mail from me within 2 days after you submit your info that has the total price (S&H included). Shipping is $2.00 for 1-5 cards and is $.50 more for every 5 cards after that. PayPal is the preferred payment but the other choices are fine also. Thank you and have a nice day!!
