The Mountain View Cemetery is located between Lincoln and Lake Wedington (near Fayetteville, Arkansas). To find the cemetery, take Highway 62, which runs west from Fayetteville to Lincoln. When you arrive in Lincoln, look to your right for Washington County Road #33. Turn right onto this road. Take County Road #33 for a few miles. If you arrive at Lake Wedington, you’ve gone too far. Watch the right side of the road for a small sign near the cemetery entrance. The sign is somewhat small and could be easily missed, so look carefully. Turn right onto the driveway near the sign, and go up a small hill. The cemetery can be seen plainly at the end of the short driveway. Mountain View cemetery is still in use. There are a number of graves marked only with short, unengraved stones.
