I. Diet

To reduce cancer risk you should

Eat more fruits and vegetables.
Eat more cereals and whole grains.
eat fewer high fat foods like red meat, dairy products and fried foods.
Increase calcium intake through food like low-fat milk, yogurt, fortified juices, spinach, kale and calcium intake.

2. Alcohol intake

Reduce alcohol intake and keep to less than one drink a day

3. Smoking

Smoking has been associated with a higher risk of many types of cancer. So if you HAVE NOT STARTED, PLEASE DON'T. And if you do, please start quitting. It is never too late.
