I. Diet
To reduce cancer risk you should
| Eat more fruits and vegetables. | |
| Eat more cereals and whole grains. | |
| eat fewer high fat foods like red meat, dairy products and fried foods. | |
| Increase calcium intake through food like low-fat milk, yogurt, fortified juices, spinach, kale and calcium intake. |
2. Alcohol intake
| Reduce alcohol intake and keep to less than one drink a day |
3. Smoking
| Smoking has been associated with a higher risk of many types of cancer. So if you HAVE NOT STARTED, PLEASE DON'T. And if you do, please start quitting. It is never too late. |
