Gluttony of food is one of the worst sins cause it will show on you. You will become a big, ole, jowly, fat-butted person that loses your breathe all of the time. Bad for sex, I would think. So reserve your butter/gravy/Sweet Tart carvings for once a year special occasions like your birthday or Thanksgiving or ?
Other forms of gluttony mean more, more, more, until you are so overwhelmed that you cannot move. Think Goodwill, Salvation Army, Purple Heart Veterans...give it all away. See how slim you feel now?
