Send as attachments only. Do not cut and paste your manuscript into the body of the email. Include in the body of the email your name, phone number, the title of your work, and the word count of your manuscript. Include the entire manuscript as one document.
I use a PC and Microsoft Word, so please keep that in mind when making electronic submissions.
I accept all genres of fiction, poetry, and most genres of creative nonfiction, including memoir and self-help. Please inquire for details before submitting your nonfiction manuscript.

As a poet and fiction writer, I understand the incredible amount of money and energy needed to sell books. I keep my prices competitively low in an effort to help you attain a quality manuscript without breaking your budget. There will be no extra charges for consultations or other exchanges during the editing period. I believe communication is an important tool in the process and welcome any questions or concerns you may have throughout that process.
Prose Fiction and Prose Nonfiction: I charge one flat rate of $40 per hour for both basic proofreading and more extensive editing.
Poetry: I charge $20 per poem, maximum length 50 lines; 50 cents for each additional line. For full-length manuscripts, please inquire about price details.
