sailing in unfamiliar territory Meanwhile, back in Santa Barbara with my wife gone and living in the Great Bend City Bus with Brent and Kitty, my surviving children. We could rent a small house and I had the bus out side for a private studio. The developmental dragons were asleep and rent was inexpensive, especially for such a beautiful city. I remember a dreamstate where I was flying a cross made of bubbles across uncharted turf. We were celebrating the psychedelic wars. Anyone that remembers anything about it, wasn't really there. I gave this painting, to my uncle Albert Sifert for his birthday, and I got it back years later when he died.
