Arashi Kishuu appears to be a very practical girl. In the anime, she appeared cold to the point of possibly artic, but she does seem to be a little more normal in the manga.
To get this straight, she is a student. She may look about 23, but I think she could be about Fuma's age. And Sorata has taken a shine to her. Bless him... Whether she feels the same way is debatable at book four (I bought it the other day). She goes along with him quite passively, even when Kamui starts to throw a hissy-fit in the Korean restaurant. She is probably the first Ten no Ryu we meet know actually sees Princess Hinoto in any regularity, and she does occasionally wonder about her. other than that, she is probably about as normal as Kamui, without the parent-suicide 'thing'.
