This is a really nice forward someone sent me. I kept it exactly the same except I added the last "to realize" in memory of my classmate, Howard. March 2 was his birthday. He was 13 when he died.

Ask a person who has survived an accident.
To realize the value of one millisecond:
Ask the person who has won a silver medal in the Olympics.
To realize the value of life:
Ask your friend who died at age 13.
Time waits for no one. Treasure every moment you have. You will treasure it even more when you can share it with someone special.
