I believe this doll is a prototype of the 2013 SE A Capital Affair doll. She was purchased at the Tonner Factory Sale in December 2014. Key differences to note: silver embroidery on dress instead of gold embroidery on production doll, longer and fuller hair, and different face paint coloring.
