Below are photos of the 2007 "New York City Ballet - Sugar Plum Fairy" doll. She is an FAO Schwarz exclusive. Although she clearly has the Tiny Kitty facial sculpt and articulated arms/body, there is no mention of Tiny Kitty on her box or on the FAO website. However, the back of her head has the standard "Tiny Kitty Collier" markings. She has brunette hair in the classic Tiny Kitty chignon, brown eyes, and red lips. She is wearing a pink ballet outfit with a satin bodice and net tutu. She also has pink tights. The entire outfit and tights are decorated with dots of silver glitter. She is the first Tiny Kitty to have ballerina style feet. She is wearing pink rubber ballet shoes with pink ribbon ties. She also has a rhinestone tiara and rhinestone scepter/wand. She is packaged in a unique box with front and side windows. No doll stand is included.
