Walk
Dream, dream away,
lost in loves passionate dance
for transient sorrows slip away,
and fade in the haze of the trance
lost like a promise concealed,
in the wild of your canopied skies
a smile like a vision revealed,
in the slow burning blaze of your eyes
in echoes of warm autumn leaves
and burnt golden sunsets serene
or the dawn where the silver mists weave
when we walk through a forest of green
warm when the winds drift away,
from a world that could not understand
and I'd sail to forever today,
if I knew I could still hold your hand
