This issue commemorates the fifth anniversary of the founding of the ICIS. The stamps are printed on white paper with invisible gum, and were printed by the Occussi-Ambeno Government Printing Office (KDPN), Baleksetung, Occussi-Ambeno. All stamps are perf 12. The 1.75 kroner stamp was for the World Headquarters in Norway, while the 15¢ is for use at the Regional Offices at Salt Lake City and New Lynn. To view the special First Day Cover, click here.
