This issue commemorates the World Starcross Championships, held in Baleksetung, Occussi-Ambeno. The stamps are unique in being the first stamps in the world designed to be used twice - first, to pay for the letter, and second, to play the game on. The stamps were printed by the Imperial Occussi-Ambeno Government Printing Office (KDPN) using Mita DC-2585 press on grey toned paper. The stamps are perf 12. The 3.50 kroner is for the ICIS World Headquarters in Norway, while the 30¢ is for the two Regional Offices in New Lynn and Salt Lake City. To view the special First Day Cover, click here.
