This issue was an emergency limited edition. Stamps were urgently needed for the mailouts to members at the time of the impeachment of Mr Menzies from the Secretary-General's post, and as there were no stamps left at the Southern Regional Office in New Lynn (where the anti-Menzies faction had its HQ), the KDPN was asked to fast-track a stamp. Most of the small number printed were used on outgoing mail: in consequence, unused copies are rare. The stamps are printed on white paper with invisible gum, and were printed by the Imperial Occussi-Ambeno Government Printing Office (KDPN), Baleksetung, Occussi-Ambeno. All stamps are perf 12.
