This issue commemorates the impeaching of the Secretary-General, Mr Murray A. Menzies. After a successful tenure of office, Mr Menzies became unstable and failed to perform many essential tasks, and moreover, was accused of maliciously expelling many members without cause. By a great majority, member countries voted to impeach him. He was later given the job of ICIS Special Commissioner for Peace in Burma. The stamps are printed on white paper with invisible gum, and were printed by the Imperial Occussi-Ambeno Government Printing Office (KDPN), Baleksetung, Occussi-Ambeno. All stamps are perf 12.
