.org William Kentridge Recent Editions at Robert Brown Gallery February 24 - April 21, 2001 Robert Brown Gallery is pleased to present recent print editions by South African artist William Kentridge. Kentridge draws his imagery from a variety of sources, including the themes explored in his animated short films and theatrical productions. ..

Often, Kentridge engages in collaborative projects with other artists. But however different and varied the languages he uses, they all have the simplicity and immediacy of a drawing, balancing design and control with improvisation and chance. 1993 Retrospective of animated films at Edinburgh International Film Festival. SOBRIETY OBESITY GROWING OLD shown at MOMA New York. Made ( with Deborah Bell and Robert Hodgins ) MEMO a 3 minute animated film.
