He holds research associate appointments at the American Museum of Natural History and the New York Aquarium. Professor Chamberlain's research interests lie in the area of paleobiology and evolution. He has focused in his research on the adaptation and evolution of fossil cephalopods, particularly on the structure of the locomotor system of these animals, and the role of locomotor adaptations in cephalopod evolution. |
