One day I am going to make it
With or without your support.
I am going to be successful
With or without your approval.
I am going to be famous
and I don't need your dedication.
My dreams will come true
I don't need you to believe in me.
Whatever I want out of life is going to happen
If you are in my life or not.
I am going to believe in myself
If you are standing beside me or lying underneath
I am going to become everything I have ever wanted
With your devotion or with your hate.

You might not respect me
You might not believe in me
You might not support me
You might not trust me

That is ok-
because I respect myself
I believe in myself
I support myself
and I trust my own decisions.

Rather you believe in me or not

Eaither you believe in me with your whole heart
and support me no matter what decisions I make
or you can leave me now

I got to the point, just a few months ago, that I simply stopped caring about what others though about me, my writing or how I live my life in general. Its not up to them and people have to realize they are not in control of every little thing, specially what others do in their own lives.
