My mentor, my teacher, my boss, my friend- she was going through so much and I saw it shine in her eyes. Her problems were crystal clear to me and I wanted to help, but sometimes the best help you can give is just listening as they cry. So thats what I did, I sat and listened to her cry and then I held her and thanked God that I listened to her eyes.
