My name is Yolanda Fabian de Leon Cochran O'Kelley. I was born in Caloocan City Philippines. My father is from Bicol and my mom is from Bigaa Bulacan. I am the second eldest of six sisters and one brother. I went 2 years to a Chinese School, with the name Yu lan Lee.
I grew up in a world of business. My parents had a small furniture store and factory. I served the community as a Girl Scout and Manila Junior Police. My mom made beautiful clothes for my sisters and I. She opened my eyes to the world of fashion. Before I left the Philippines, I specialized in Beauty Culture and Dress Making.
When I was 18 yrs old I came to America and started a family. I have a daughter named Jennifer Warren and two beautiful grand kids; Angel and Christian. They reside at Fort Brag Fayetteville North Carolina.
I enjoy being able to visit and travel with my family. We have traveled worldwide from Alaska to Hong Kong, and back home to the Philippines.
I studied Accounting at Atlanta Area Tech and Clayton College. My employment for 26 years has been with Price Waterhouse and Equifax. Over the years I have been supportive of charity events with the Filipino organizations and at work. My volunteer experience includes Toys for Tots, Fashion Shows for The Philippines - America Performing Arts of Georgia, ACE and videographer for Dekalb County Sheriff's Charity events.
My future will be continuing my fashion design company MODAFASHION, and support for the different Filipino organizations.

The Federation of Filipino American Organizations of Georgia and NAFFAA Region IV are associations with the primary purpose of contributing to the preservation and public awareness of the cultural heritage of the Philippines.
