This issue honors the Silver Jubilee of the Coronation of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, of Great Britain. The upcoming London Stamp Exhibition in 1980 is also pre-publicised with this issue. The Amphilex sheetlets were overprinted by letterpress and hot-foil by Heraclio Fournier, Vittoria, Spain.
