This set honors the ICIS Year of Food, proclaimed by the International Council of Independent States (ICIS). The design is by the Norwegian archaeologist Geir Sør-Reime, and the stamps were printed by letterpress by the Imperial Occussi-Ambeno Government Printing Office (KDPN) on white gummed paper.
