This set commemorates the 5th anniversary of the founding of the ICIS, the Fifth World's "United Nations." To learn more about the Council, visit their website. The stamps were printed (or overprinted) by the Imperial Occussi-Ambeno Government Printing Office (KDPN). The $2.25 stamp is on white paper with invisible gum, and is perf 12.
