This stamp honors the marriage of Jean-Marc Rastorfer and Mimi Aung Thwin, which coincidently or by design happened on Occussi-Ambeno's Independence Day, which is also honored by the stamp. And the Campaign to Preserve the Great Sphinx at Giza in Egypt from decay caused by pollution is also highlighted. The design is by Fleur Yamamoto, and the stamps were printed by the Imperial Occussi-Ambeno Government Printing Office (KDPN) using Mita DC-2585 and Adana 8-5 presses on buff paper.
