World Starcross Championships, Baleksetung.

This stamp honors the first World Starcross Championships, held at Baleksetung. The stamps are unique in being the first stamps in the world designed to be used twice - first, to pay for the letter, and second, to play the game on. The stamps were printed by the Imperial Occussi-Ambeno Government Printing Office (KDPN) using Mita DC-2585 press on grey toned paper. The stamps are perf 12.
