This set commemorates the tenth year of successful production by the Royal Magic Mushroom Industry, an important foreign exchange earner. The design is by the Latvian artist Ilmars Gravis, and the stamps were printed by letterpress by the Imperial Occussi-Ambeno Government Printing Office (KDPN) using a Heidelberg platen press.
