1981. 10th Anniversary of the Baleksetung University.

 

  The university has its tenth birthday.   The leftovers of the Queen's Silver Jubilee sheets were overprinted for the 10th birthday of the university.  In 2000, the Royal Occussi-Ambeno Vintage Car Club has its 70th birthday.    The Year of Plankton was celebrated with this watery design.
