THE PHILIPPINES - AMERICA PERFORMING ARTS OF GEORGIA, INC.
The Philippines-America Performing Arts of Georgia, Inc. is open to every family regardless of ethnicity. It will provide opportunities to share ones talents in dancing and singing or to develope ones talents in singing or dancing. It is a great vehicle for social interaction and opportunity for diverse people to work together to achive a common purpose.It's misson is to contribute to the preservation and public awareness of the Filipino cultural heritage.
It's goals are:
To promote the Philippine American cultures through educational, social and artistic abilities.
To enhance awareness and appreciation of cultural diversity.
To provide a positive enviromant for the development of personal and leadership skills.
To instill among Filipino youths a deap pride in their cultral heritage while offering a positive inter cultural experience for others.
To strengthen families by providing opportunities for parents and children to socialize together.
To work in partnership with other organizations for the general welfare of the local community at large.
To provide a vehicle for social interaction through dancing and singing.
To develope camaraderie by sharing experiences among Filipino-American youths.
To inculcate among youth that hard work can bring success, applause and appreciation
