A dozen, more or less, Penn Art members meet weekly on Monday mornings to paint together without any instructor.  During the winter we meet at the Penn Hills Library on Aster Street adjacent to Linton Middle School.  During the summer we choose locations of interest to us and travel to paint the sights and scenes that we would otherwise not venture out to paint alone.  When we travel we set a definite time to meet and carpool if necessary.  At the library we show up from 9:00 am to noon and paint, lunch out at about noon, and sometimes return to paint in the afternoon, although this is infrequent.
