This is essentially a dump of the FAQ on my site, with a couple extra HTML files thrown in to replace the functionality of the server-side includes that provided the index on the left. You will need a frames compliant browser such as Netscape or (help me) MSIE to view it.
The terms of distribution and use are:
(a) All copyright notices and credit notices (for instance, the sign giving credit to Ray Huang) must remain intact.
(b) You must acknowledge that I, Avery Lee, made it. In other words, don't be a jackass and say you made it.
(c) You can't exploit it for personal or commercial gain. That means you can't sell it, you can't charge admission to it, and you can't bundle it.
