THIN LAYER CHOCOLATE CAKE
Don't let this one intimidate you, YOU CAN DO IT! I have been known to get 21 layers out of this batter and stacked onto one cake! Awesome! Just gracefully take your bows ladies! This is a "must have" for all holidays.

TIPSY BLACK WALNUT POUND CAKE
This cake has a history of at least 150 years old. Talk about southern tradition. The cake will "work" with any nuts but to be authentic, it must have black walnuts. Lucky for us, they sell them at the grocery store! My grandmother and I spent many afternoons cracking those black nuts being ever so careful not to allow a chip of shell to fall into the precious nut meats.

FOLLY BEACH KEY LIME PIE
 This version of Key Lime Pie will leave you wondering what those other pies really were! A southern delight that has no comparison! The secret is in the crust. Don't you dare buy one of those ready-made things!
