Easy Baked Pork Chops

6 Center cut Pork Chops 
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can chicken stock
1 cup fresh mushroom slices
salt and pepper to taste
2 - 3 Tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper each pork chop on both sides. Brown in sauce pan with the olive oil.

Place browned chops into a baking dish. Whisk soup and chicken stock in a bowl until smooth. Add mushroom slices and pour over chops.

Place into a preheated 350 degree oven and bake approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until done.

Serve over long grain rice or egg noodles.
