There
are many glorious vegetables and side dishes that are indigenous to the South and
some just to the Carolinas that are absolutely delicious when
prepared properly. Here are some of my family favorites which they
are willing for me to share with you. This is only a "taste"
and certainly not all-inclusive. I hope you see something
