Baked Red Snapper

4 pounds Red Snapper filets

2 fresh limes - juiced

1 fresh lemon - thinly sliced

2 - 3  Tablespoons olive oil

salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 medium onion - thinly sliced

White wine

Line baking pan with aluminum foil. Slather olive oil over foil to coat.

Place filets on foil and sprinkle with lime juice, salt and pepper. Layer thinly sliced lemon slices and onion slices over the fish.

Splash 3-4 Tablespoons white wine over fish.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 375 degree oven for approximately 15 - 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Do NOT over bake.
