1... Pick the frame you want to use, and write down the addy to it somewhere.

2... Choose the picture you want to frame from your scrapbook.

*Note* The picture must be on a published page under your communitys user pages.
The addy will look something like this..
http://community.webtv.net/YOUR USER NAME/THE NAME OF THE PAGE IT IS PUBLISHED ON/scrapbookFiles/mailedD THE NUMBER THE PICTURE IS ASSIGNED IN YOUR SCRAPBOOK.gif or jpg

3... Go to http://magick.net4tv.com/MagickStudio/scripts/advanced.cgi/ and put in the addy of your picture you want to frame and click 'view'.

4... Click on the composite tab at the top of the page.

5... Put in the addy to the frame you want to use in the box provided choose a location, (north usually works great), and click the composite button.

(*Note* if north is to "high' try center. To much to the left or the right, try choosing west or east.)

6... OK,the picture is hanging out from under the frame you say? Thats ok, we will crop it off at gifworks ( easier to crop there) in a few minutes.

7... Click the output tab at the top of the page.

8... On this page, choose "gif" from the selections box. Next click the 'single image' button, then click the 'output' button.

9... Go down and click on the thumbnail image of your picture.

10... While viewing your picture,push the 'goto' button, click show current, CC&P this addy.

11.Go to http://www.gifworks.com , click the first drop down menu, and choose input.

12... Type or CC&P the addy to your picture from Image Magick in the box provided and click the button.

13... On this page, click the 2nd drop down menu and choose crop.

14... Your image will be here. Pick a spot with the arrow button in the upper left hand corner to cut off the part of the picture you dont want. It will cut straight across, and straight down from the point you click on. The next page will show you where the crop line is. If you want to change it, just press your back button and choose another location.

15... This time, choose a spot in the lower right hand corner of the picture to cut away. (remember, it goes up and across).

16... After your done cropping, click the 1st drop down menu, and choose save.

17... Go down to where it says 'web-tvers click here' and click.

18... CC&P the address to the image by pushing your 'goto' button again and clicking on show current.

19... Take this addy to The Irish Godfathers at http://www.geocities.com/bill8it/page12.html and put the addy in the webtv uploader on his site. (its the fifth box down). You will get a popup telling you your about to add an image to your scrapbook, do you want to continue? Click yes.

20... Thats it.. your all done. Now that wasn't so bad was it? (running for cover, no rotten fruit please *g*)
It will get easier as you get more familiar with Image Magick and Gifworks.
