Impressionable Mistakes

Beliefs unto the mind of young
A system used by all
The children need to learn our way
Or humanity will fall

The experts like to plant the seed
The parents like to follow
But since the children don't know this scheme
We feed them and they swallow

And as a child turns into grown
The mind is full of past
With no intention to change their ways
They're locked into steadfast

And with a few a luck is found
In that they want to ask
And new perspectives rattle brains
That once were in a mask

Lessons are needed with principals passed
But care should be applied
The mind can be a dangerous place
When properly denied
