This is my first attempt at drawing out the tattoo that I want to get. I chose a songbird feather because the main motifs of my life are freedom and singing. No, I don't sing professionally. Believe me, I'm lame. There isn't a group in the world that would have me. I sing off-key and I make up the lyrics as I go. I just like to sing all of the time...so the feather of a songbird.
I plan to put it on my shoulder near my angel wing. I wear racerback tanks all of the time, so then it, (or at least part of it), will show.
If I do the pain I want everyone to see it.
Plus I think it would be good advertising so if someone looks at me and doesn't like songbirds then they shouldn't approach me. And, of course, if they LOVE singing, free girls then come right over baby!
Next version...getting closer. I need to find a tattoo artist that can do shading. I am thinking black to blue to white. Oh a feather ends in a point. I am drawing the end of a leaf! Correct it!
