The following Plugins are the filters I use for most of my PSP effects. I write so many tutorials and yet cannot keep track of all these urls, so each tutorial will lead you to this page if a filter is required for an effect in the tutorial. Just click on the name of the filter to download the filter, keeping in mind the name I give, and also to see the effects these filters make. These are all free plugins.
