May 9th
Lots of things has happened during these past weeks. I've busted the damn arm, a knee and one of those cursed tooths is being mean. That's the way life goes, I guess. Had an accident at work, too. Don't want to get into it here. It hurt like hell, though. I quit. Time to go for those dreams again. And a better paycheck.

I'm currently (as in right now) listening to Ronan Keating singing When You Say Nothing At All. Before that it was Celine Dion. Further down the playlist we have Jefferson Starship and Weeping Willows among others. Am feeling gloomy. My brother is still ill, a great friend doesn't seem to want me around, my dog is sick, a reunion is coming up this summer and my mom is miserable. Things could be better.

The arm's been keeping me from writing to my english and american mail buddies, the swedish lists and friends has been the top priority, as well as family, work and RL.


Do you know what pisses me off? Stereotypes. I've been reading lots of different fanfic on the net these last couple of days. And a great deal of them applies the X/G relationship or the uber relationship to a traditional husband/wife setting. Think about it and re-read some stuff.


What's happening right now:
I'm practicing in front of the mirror... on how to tell my father that I'm not quite the straight girl he thinks I am. God, I hate labels. They tell others how to handle things and people.

Carola has programmed me to become a BtVS fan. I'm still a Xena fan first and forever. But I finally get the charm of Buffy. The show, not the character. Mr. Whedon is a genius. I'll second that.

I'm trying to get a friend translate my conqueror fic and two short uber fragments. We'll see how it goes. She's not a big Xena fan, so accepting the task might not be the first thing on her list this month. I will try my best, anyhow. *s*


What's happening right now with the site:
The updates has been done way too far apart. The ones that were made in April were ok, however. And that's what's most important. I swore that I'd try and fix some more material to the site this week, but RL keeps interfering. At least Krogen was updated and I'm writing this.

More walls are coming; uber walls, X&G, G, X, etc. You'll see. I've gotten some requests, and will begin working on those.

I'm making a sitemap.

Some more short scripts translated from swedish will be up soon.


Uninteresting and boring stuff that's happened:
Stockholm is beautiful; spring is here! People are enjoying the sun and every single cafe that sell cones, etc. is making lots of money. *g* I've found myself off on these long walks through the city. I stop on a bridge here and another there... to watch the sun go down, to pass time and to think.

I've not cut my hair. Yet. But I will. It looks awful!


This week's "To do"-list:
Finish some graphics.
Dinner with dad and the brothers tomorrow.
Write the end of Vintersjälen. (I just don't feel like it...)
Continue writing Mörkrets hjärta and Lost, found and Confused. (I'm working...)
Get on with Norse Con! Am working on it.
Work more with the BtVS site.
Get some sleep. THIS is utterly important!
