It was a coincidence that made me discover this story. (I'd read her X&G material, but not the ubers.) It took a couple of seconds, then I was hooked.

How can that happen so fast, one might ask?

Vertigo writes with heart, but also still with care. The characters are so believable that you think you can actually touch them through the screen. The interaction and dialogue is sharp, intelligent, right on the spot and always a pure joy to read. Why are you still here?
