[the story] ..the secret organization hellsing, created to protect man from the undead hordes that are terrorizing london. vampires run rampant, killing humans, and turning them into ghouls. when a vampire sucks all the blood out of a human, they become ghouls, servants of the vampire. the hellsing organization has the solution for this, alucard, a rogue vampire working for the organization. he is a one man army, under the command sir integra hellsing, the leader or the hellsing organization. along his mission, alucard comes across seras victoria, a young teen working for london's d-11 police force. d-11 was sent to a mission to take out a vampire disgused as a priest that has been killing people, turning them into ghouls. seras encounters the vampire and almost gets turned into a ghoul, but she was saved by alucard, who turns her into a vampire. alucard also meets alexander anderson, a priest from the roman catholic church. anderson despises alucard's kind and they fight on diffrent occasions throughout the series. other problems arise, vampires that arent real. though they are not real, they are almost as strong as true vampires. what could be making these artificial vampires?
Hellsing ran for only 13 episodes. It was pretty much rushed , because Gonzo was working on other anime.
